Warranty Terms

This limited warranty is applicable to all products purchased from onlinelicenses.net and covers defects occurring during regular usage within the warranty period.

During this period, we commit to repair or replace, at no cost, any products that exhibit malfunctions under normal operating conditions and maintenance. This limited warranty is transferable.

The warranty period for both digital and physical products purchased from onlinelicenses.net extends for one year from the date of purchase. Any replacement products will carry the remainder of the original product’s warranty period.

Exclusions from this Limited Warranty:

Problems not ascribable to product defects.
Issues, malfunctions, or damage arising from negligence, improper maintenance, alterations, or an unsuitable hardware or software environment.
To utilize warranty services, customers are required to initially contact us to report the problem and identify the most suitable solution.
