  • Delivery Terms

  • Payment Conditions

  • Withdrawal Rights

  • Withdrawal Procedure:
  • To notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, it is sufficient to send a communication regarding your exercise of the right to withdraw before the withdrawal deadline. You may use the provided model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
  • Effects of Withdrawal:
    • Upon contract revocation, we shall refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than our standard, least expensive method). This refund will be processed without undue delay, and in any event, not later than fourteen days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged for this repayment.
