  • Contract Formation

    • By clicking the [Buy/chargeable order] button, you make a binding order for the items listed on the order page. The purchase contract is finalized when your order is accepted via an order confirmation sent by email immediately after we receive your order.
  • Pricing and Shipping
    • The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price elements. We primarily deliver products via email, free of charge. For further details, refer to the delivery section.
  • Delivery Terms
    • We offer delivery worldwide.
    • Delivery times are specified right after the confirmation of payment receipt. Please see the shipping section for additional information.
  • Payment Terms
    • Payment must be made in advance. For more information, refer to the payment methods section.
    • If selecting ‘bank’ as the payment option, our bank details will be provided in the order confirmation. Goods will be dispatched after payment is received.
  • Reservation of Ownership
    • The products remain our property until full payment is made.
  • Dispute Resolution

This platform acts as a point of contact for resolving contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts without judicial intervention.
